Morris County Clerk Pioneers Resident-Facing AI, Believed to Be New Jersey's First County Clerk AI Service
MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morris County Clerk Ann F. Grossi, Esq. today announced the launch of a new Virtual A.I. Assistant, giving residents fast, convenient access to accurate information about the many services provided by the Morris County Clerk's Office.
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Clerk's website, the Virtual A.I. Assistant answers questions about passports, property records, elections, business registrations, notary services, veterans' records, and other Clerk's Office functions. The service improves access to information, reduces wait times, and allows residents to receive assistance whenever they need it.
The Morris County Clerk's Office worked closely with TechForGov and Arlington Analytics to plan, develop, and deploy the new system, ensuring reliable, easy-to-understand responses while complementing the outstanding customer service provided by Clerk's Office staff.
The Morris County Clerk's Office is believed to be the first county clerk's office in New Jersey to deploy a resident-facing AI-powered virtual assistant, marking an important milestone in the modernization of county government services.
