Important Update for Notaries Public

As of October 22, 2021, the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services has implemented a number of important changes to the notarial process. We encourage all Notaries Public to read through the new Notary Public Manual and become familiar with the new provisions.
All new registrations and renewals must now be completed online. Paper applications that have already been submitted will still be accepted until January 2022.
