REQUIREMENTS:
1. To obtain a Morris County Photo ID Card, you must prove
your citizenship or legal status by presenting one of the following:
- U.S. Birth Certificate must have seal and filing date from the
Town OR State in which you were born.
- Valid U.S. Passport
- Naturalization Certificate
- Alien Registration Card
2. You must prove your identity and Morris County residency
by presenting:
- Valid N.J. Driver's License OR TWO OF THE FOLLOWING
- Valid Library Card
- Voters Registration
- Auto Registration
- Work I.D. with recognizable photo
PLUS: A recent mailing (within 6 months) to your home address to
establish your Morris County Residency.
3. FOR APPLICANTS 13 TO 18:
- All requirements for citizenship or legal status
- Parent must be present to confirm information and sign application
card
- Parent must provide their personal ID (SEE#2 ABOVE)
- Applicant will sign card and take oath
- Social Security number must be filled out on application card
FEE: $15 CASH OR CHECK
Payable to the Morris County Clerk
Cards are issued by the Morris County Clerk for identification purposes
only. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
