INSTRUCTIONS
Absentee ballot requests for military and overseas civilian voters can be faxed, mailed, or electronically submitted.
- Fill out application. Applicant must sign where indicated.
- Mail completed applications to:

Use of the email submission procedure requires not only a computer, but also a printer and scanner. The submitted application must be submitted as PDF. Please note: If you are not already registered to vote, you must return the form by mail.
Do not return your ballot to the above e-mail address. It will not be counted if improperly returned.
