New Passport Card
Applicants now have the option to apply for PassportBook,a PassportCard,Or
Both on the DS-11,DS-82 and DS-5504 forms.
The wallet- sized passport card is a travel document that can
be used to enter the U.S. from Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the
Caribbean at land border crossings or sea ports-of entry.
The U.S. passport card cannot be used for air travel
to any international destination.
The Passport Card is valid for 10 years for adults and for 5
years for minors.
- The Fee for an adult passport card is $55.00. A check for
$30.00 payable to U.S.Department of State
along with $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris
County Clerk.
- The Fee for a child's passport card is $40.00. A check for
$15.00 made payable to U.S. Department of State
along with $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris
County Clerk
- When applying for both documents at the same time, the fee
for first time adult applicants is $165.00.
- A check for $140.00 payable to U.S.Department
of State and $25.00 in cash or check payable to
Morris County Clerk.
- When applying for both document at the same time, the fee
for first time child applicants is $120.00. A check for $95.00
payable to U.S.Department of State
and $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris
County Clerk.
