New Passport Card
Customers now have the option to apply for PassportBook,a PassportCard,Or
Both on the DS-11,DS-82 and DS-5504 forms.The Passport Card may
only be used for land and sea travel between the United States
and Canada,Mexico,Bermuda and the Caribbean.The Passport Card
will provide a Less expensive,smaller and more convenient alternative
for those who travel to these destinations.
Passport Card is valid for 10 years for adults and for 5 years
for minors.
- The Fee for an adult passport card is $55.00.Bring a check
for $30.00 payable to U.S.Department of State along
with $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris County Clerk.
- The Fee for a child's passport card is $40.00 .Bring a check
for $15.00 made payable to U.S. Department of State
along with $25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris County
Clerk
- When applying for both documents at the same time, the cost
for first time adult applicants is $165.00.Bring a check for
$140.00 payable to U.S.Department of State along with
$25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris County Clerk.
- When applying for both document at the same time, the cost
for first time child applicants is $120.00.Bring a check for
$95.00 payable to U.S.Department of State along with
$25.00 in cash or check payable to Morris County Clerk.
